I created South Pilates to help busy women move better, feel stronger, and ease back pain through short, gentle Pilates classes you can do at home - live with me guiding you.
I also understand back pain personally. After a vehicle injury many years ago, I lived with ongoing back pain for a long time. It wasn’t until I discovered gentle, consistent, and guided movement that things truly began to change.
That experience shaped the way I move and teach, and why my classes are designed to be simple, supportive, and time-efficient — so consistency feels achievable, not overwhelming.
